Since the age of 8, I’ve always had a burning passion for working with dogs. I've acquired a deep understanding of dog behavior and how to make them comfortable.

I learned how to fully groom standard poodles by age 10 and knew I wanted to make it a career. After high school, I attended the Michigan School of Canine Cosmetology in Lansing, MI where I received my professionally grooming certificate, along with a perfect handling award. I’ve worked in many grooming shops, and continued my education as I’ve grown. Soon I will be certified for pet CPR and first aid. 

 

I treat each and every animal with the utmost care and compassion. I pride myself most in being the voice for those animals I work with and expressing their each and every need. This has always been my passion, and my goal is to always make grooming a happy experience.

 

When I’m not working, I spend my time taking my dogs “kids” to the beach, and on fun hiking trips with my husband. Being Michiganders, we love visiting Saugatuck, Traverse City, and Petoski in the summertime. My husband and I are always learning and going to grooming seminars all across the country.
